Office hours are Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm; Friday 9am-4pm; and after-hours and weekends by appointment.
Applications are accepted at our office, on-line and via fax. Identification and a $25 non-refundable processing fee are required at the time of submission. Payment can be made in the form of cash, money order or card. Personal checks are not accepted.
The application must be completely filled out in order to be processed. It typically takes 1-5 days to process and will be kept on file for 90 days.
We check credit and public records, investigate references and background, and verify income.
We are pet-friendly in most of our single family homes. No more than 2 domestic pets will be considered and breed restrictions apply.
Some duplexes, condos, town homes, and multi-units may consider a pet. (Refer to specific listing for pet details.)
A pet deposit is not required; however, a Pet Addendum must be executed at the time of lease signing.
A Co-signer may be considered when an Applicant has been previously denied due to:
•Insufficient income •Lack of or limited landlord reference •Lack of or limited credit history
